This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

Identity data includes your first name and last name
Contact data includes your email address, physical address and/or telephone number

Where you have sent an enquiry, in order to respond to it.
Where you have joined Concrete Calves, to maintain a record of you as a member including your contact details and any other information that the musical director needs to know for the purposes of rehearsals, performances and to ensure your health and safety.
Where you have contacted us to request tickets for a concert, to process your request.
Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

We will not share your personal data with any third party unless we are under a legal obligation to do so. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those members of Concrete Calves Wind Band who need to know in order to respond to your request.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal or reporting requirements.
